What materials are used in FORLIFE Design products?
We prioritize high-quality, lead-free ceramic, borosilicate glass, and sustainably sourced stainless steel. All of our materials are food-safe and designed for long-term durability in daily kitchen and home use.
How long does shipping take and what are the costs?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the continental US takes 3-5 business days. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75.
Are your ceramic and glass items dishwasher and microwave safe?
Most of our ceramic and glassware products are both dishwasher and microwave safe. However, items with metallic accents or wooden components should be hand-washed and kept out of the microwave to preserve their finish.
What is your return policy for home decor and kitchenware?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours for a complimentary replacement.
Can I track my order once it has been placed?
Yes, as soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey to your home.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, FORLIFE Design ships to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to include international shipping to Europe and Australia in the near future.
